Rules of Entry

General Rules

• Parents/Guardians must supervise children using the play facilities
• Children who are unwell must not use the facilities
• Children with injuries that require plaster cast CANNOT use any of the play areas
• Only food and drink bought from Ruff ’n’ Tumble may be consumed on the premises - excluding baby food
• Children must remove shoes before playing on the equipment in each play area
• For hygiene reasons socks must be worn at all times
• No food and drink can be taken into the play areas - including chewing gum
• Only plastic glasses, bottles are allowed in the supervision area
• Pens, buckles, jewellery, watches, money, sharp objects etc. must not be taken into the play area
• Due to fire regulations tables must not be moved
• Personal items must be left with parents/guardians - will cannot accept liability for theft

Bowling Rules

• All children must be supervised by an adult at all times
• Suitable footwear must be worn - open toed, canvas or heeled shoes must not be worn
• DO NOT place head, hands or arms next to or in the ball return
• DO NOT cross the white line on the bowling lane
• After each game, please bowl all balls to the bottom of the lane
• £1.50 per game
• Up to 10 players per lane
• Correct money only, machine does not give change

Toddler Area Rules

• Children must be aged 4 years and under
• Socks must be worn at all times by children and adults - socks are available at reception for £1
• Children must be supervised at all times by parent/guardian
• NO toys are to be removed from the Toddler Village
• NO food or drink can be taken into the play area - including chewing gum
• Sitting or standing on the ball blower is not allowed

Blue Slide Rules

• This area is suitable for all ages, under 5s must be supervised at all times by parent/guardian
• Please DO NOT attempt to climb up the slide
• NO synthetic clothing to be worn when using the slide - e.g. tracksuit bottoms, football shorts, polyester or nylon (alternative clothing available at reception)
• NO food or drink can be taken into the play area - including chewing gum

Death Slide Rules

• This area is not suitable for under 7yrs old. Children must be supervised at all times by parent/guardian
• NO synthetic clothing - e.g. tracksuit bottoms, football shorts, polyester or nylon (alternative clothing available at reception)
• NO food or drink can be taken into the play area - including chewing gum
• Socks must be worn at all times by children and adults - socks are available at reception for £1
